VertAcc
Guyana · launched

A country’s daily life,
in one account.

OneCivic is a national civic platform, designed and built by VertAcc and live in Guyana today. Order food, move goods, shop local, talk to your community and reach city services — all from a single verified account, instead of a separate login and a separate queue for every one of them.

Community and the carrier marketplace are already open. The full platform launches this year.

OneCivic
One account

A person is not just a customer.

The same woman who orders dinner on Friday might drive a pickup on Saturday, sell from a stall on Sunday, and want to put money into a local project on Monday. Most platforms would make her open four accounts and prove who she is four times. OneCivic gives her one sign-in and lets her switch roles from a menu.

Identity is checked once and carried everywhere. A carrier’s verification, a seller’s approval, an investor’s standing — each is attached to the person, not re-collected by every service that needs it. That is the part that is genuinely hard to build, and it is the reason the rest of the platform can be simple.

The community feed — live and free across Guyana. Posts, comments, pages for a business or a school, and a gold check so a resident knows an agency really is the agency. Swipe sideways on a phone to see the full app shell.

Knowing who you are actually talking to

A civic feed lives or dies on whether an announcement from an agency can be trusted as coming from that agency. OneCivic answers it with two checks — and the one that matters for public institutions is the free one.

Gold checkFree

Government agencies, public services, schools, associations, and civil-society organisations.

So when an agency posts, Guyana knows for certain it is really them.

Any individual who wants a verified identity on the platform.

Verification here isn’t about status. It’s about trust.

Mobility & Carrier

Need something moved? Let the drivers compete for it.

A fridge. Furniture. Farm produce. Building material. A parcel across town. Listing is free, verified carriers bid against each other, and you settle directly with the one you pick.

Built for Guyana

Generic apps are built for everywhere, and fit nowhere.

A platform assembled for a global average gets the small things wrong, and the small things are the whole experience: how an address is written, which vehicle actually moves a load on a country road, what a market stall needs to take an order, which public office a person is really trying to reach.

OneCivic starts in Guyana and grows with the country — the first release shaped around local communities and real everyday needs, not a template with the flag changed.

Guyana first, not Guyana also

OneCivic begins here, rooted locally, and expands with purpose rather than by default.

Free to join, free at the core

Registration is free and the core platform is free to use. Some services carry optional paid upgrades.

Operated on the ground

OneCivic is operated in Guyana by Ceperia Global Inc. (Company No. 18538, Georgetown) — a local company, not a remote support desk.

OneCivicCanada

Guyana is where OneCivic begins. Canada is next — the same one-account architecture, built for a new country rather than licensed or templated into one.

Expanding

A second market, not a second product.

OneCivic Canada isn’t a fork of the Guyana platform or a rebrand for a new flag — it’s the same identity, community, mobility, marketplace, and civic infrastructure, built again for how life actually works here. VertAcc designs and runs the whole platform end to end, which is what makes a second country possible in the first place.

It’s early. There’s no live product yet, and this page won’t claim one until there is.

Built by VertAcc, end to end

Same team, same engineering standard, same identity and payment rails as OneCivic Guyana — not a license or a template.

Free to join, free at the core

The same promise carries over: registration is free, and the core platform stays free to use.

Shaped for Canada, not adapted to it

The same lesson from Guyana applies — a platform built for a global average fits nowhere. Canada gets its own first release.

Beyond OneCivic

This is how VertAcc builds.

OneCivic is one of several things we have underway in Guyana, and it is the clearest example of what our engineering does at scale: we design the product, the data architecture and the identity and payment rails underneath it, then build and run them ourselves. The same team and the same standard go wherever the problem is big enough to need real software instead of another vendor stack.

Building something
a country will run on?

OneCivic is what happens when we point our engineering at a problem bigger than one business. If you’re a government, an operator, or a partner with something at that scale, we should talk.
